I'm Lauren, a coach with a background in both fitness and social work, driven by the belief that movement is a powerful tool for both physical and mental growth.
My approach goes beyond workouts: I create an environment where people are challenged, supported and pushed outside their comfort zone. Through personal training, small group coaching and group classes, I guide people at every level to become stronger both physically and mentally.
